Allin Hampy Project

Living Knowledge of the Andes and AmazonTraditional knowledge · Cultural immersion · Field research · Wellbeing

An independent project based in Central Peru, exploring living traditions, traditional knowledge and human relationships with culture, territory and wellbeing.

Knowledge is alive.

Traditional knowledge is not something that exists only in books, museums or archives.

It lives in people, landscapes, plants, food, stories, rituals, relationships and everyday practices.

To understand it, we believe you have to spend time with the people and places that keep it alive.

What is Allin Hampy?

Allin Hampy is an independent cultural and experiential project based in Central Peru.

We create opportunities to learn from, experience and document living Andean and Amazonian traditions through direct contact with people, communities and territories.

Where the Andes meet the Amazon

Our work is rooted in Central Peru, in the cultural and ecological transition between the Central Andes and the Amazonian slopes.

The Mantaro Valley and surrounding territories offer a unique context where highland traditions, agricultural communities, mountain landscapes and Amazonian environments meet.
